Okay, we will take their word for it. 😀  The Ka-Ching credit cards come in 2 variants, 6E Rewards, the base variant (annual fee INR700) and 6E Rewards XL the premium variant (annual fee INR2500).

While SBI Card and Landmark has launched 9 credit cards in all, actually they are just 3 cards (Prime, Select and Base variant). What SBI and Landmark have done is launched 3 credit cards under each of their brands Lifestyle Home Centre, Max and Spar. Landmark group owns the Lifestyle, Home Centre, Max and Spar brands in India. The features and offers on the cards are all the same for a given variant. After writing on Air Vistara credit cards last week, I thought of figuring out the best travel credit cards available in India.  Simply because when we go on vacation or travel, the single largest expense is the flight cost.

While there are only 2 full-service domestic airlines in India that offer air-miles, the travel credit cards space has lot more choices thanks to few international airlines offering co-branded credit cards locally and few card issuers who allow conversion of reward points to air-miles of multiple airlines.

Air Vistara has recently launched two new co-branded credit cards in tie-up with SBI. The SBI Club Vistara Prime credit card and SBI Club Vistara credit card. Given that Air Vistara already has three credit cards in tie-up with Axis Bank. The Axis Bank Air Vistara Infinite credit card, Axis Bank Air Vistara Signature credit card and Axis Bank Air Vistara Platinum credit card. The launch of these new cards is an opportune time to compare and see which cards are best suited.
